Return and Refund Policy

The Bucket Claw's  Refund Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Item/s must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return
To make a return, include your order number and return details with your returns . Alternatively, you can contact us at mike@thebucketclaw.com to receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
